Recently acquired and in the midst of restoring a floor standing radio by deForest Crosley. The model is called “Saturn”. I am interested in an original owners manual and/or deForest Crosley sales, marketing, promotional literature showing this specific model.
Also, I’ve recently finished restoring the woodwork on the ol-girl and had since sent the tube/electronics portion to a retired military tech for total restoration. He told me that somewhere along the line someone had tried to ‘mod’ it. Therefore 3 of the 4 tubes that were with it were not the proper ones and the only one that was correct is shot. So I am in need of 4 tubes:
1. 6A7 (Oscillator module), 6K7, 75-6F6 and an 80 Rectification tube.
I had added a few pages from the ’37 sales catalog that I found on the net for an example.
