My newest acquisition. Probably not an especially desirable radio, but a Canadian bakelite battery / farm set that I thought was worthy of restoration. Pretty straightforward looking set. I’m happy that the schematic includes the dial string info, as the seller placed the pointer in an envelope taped in the back of the set.

Recapped. There is also a factory service advisory that had never been previously performed addressing intermittent operation. Note the blue wire – this ties all the tube grounds to a common point rather than relying on the chassis ground. Upon completing the mod, the radio performs admirably! Now to work on the cabinet.
