I picked up this amp at a sale some time ago and have finally gotten around to clean it out. Like much of the stuff I purchased at that sale it was a former mouse house but it cleaned up pretty well.

I was surprised to find both Rauland All American audio transformers good. Often when they see damp conditions for extended times they are open.

It took a fair amount of cleaning to get the corrosion off of the bus wires. I expected this amp to be a two stage one but was surprised to see it set up as a push-pull amp, the input transformer (R30) supplying both tubes grids and the output transfomer (R31) connected to both plates. The DC ohms of the output on the second transformer is only 101 ohms so I am wondering what type of speaker was used.

The construction of this amp is very neatly done with good bus wiring, brass support framework for the wood chassis and a pretty good case.
