The 2×3 is basically half of a 5Y3, so you could use 2 5Y3s in place of the 4 2X3s but you’ll have to rewire the sockets.
You can replace the 6K7M with a regular 6K7, it just won’t have the spray shield. The 6A7M is like a 6A8, once again no spray shield on the 6A8.
The 6X6 is the eye tube, no direct substitue that I’m aware of with the X pattern.
You can use regular 6F6’s in place of the 6F6M. The 86M is similar to a 6P5.
