    What was the police band that I’ve seen on some older radios?

    • what frequencies did it use?
    • was it possible to monitor police activity?
    • did all radios require a switch to move between broadcast(am) and police?

    Any information on this would be interesting, and perhaps a good Newsletter article!

    Hi John. The article you uploaded refers to FM but what I’ve seen is on AM radios. The attached image is from a Grimes circa 1935, unknown model, chassis 355
