Can anybody offer any info on what I call a "picture box"? As you can see it is backlit by a light bulb. It says "DON’T SQUAT" …. DON’T STRAIN YOUR EYES’". I beleive it might have been used in a radio distributor’s shop to advertise new radios with larger dials, Etc. since the ladies are looking at the small dials on cabinet radios. I’d be interested in your feed back, age, and value. One more question any idea of the age on a Marconi model 417 plastic radio? Thanx Ernie 😕

This might give you an idea of where the box came from. If it is original it is a nice collector piece.

If this is the Marconi you are asking about it isn’t worth a great deal. It depends on location and condition.

😎 Thanx for the info. This would confirm what we thought this "box" was used for. It is all original. Any other info on it would be appreciated. The pictures appear to be like the old black an’ white pics of the day that had color added .
