My new Rogers radio

I picked up this little gem today. It is a model 7R621. The radio works but someone has put in
a PM speaker with a resistor in place of a field coil.. The old speaker came with the radio,
The owners grandfather built the cabinet that the radio is sitting on.
I like the style of this radio cabinet, and the Rogers dials are always very colorful.

I have replaced the old caps and found out that someone had replaced the original speaker with a permanent magnet one,
but they put in a a large resistor so it works fine.
