Wanted – these are notorious for the mazac alloy used on the tuning capacitors suffering inter-granular corrosion, resulting in severe distortion. That has happened on the rotors but the stators are fine. I believe sometimes the stators break up and the rotors are good. If anyone has a good rotor assembly I’d be pleased to purchase it. Otherwise I can repair it by turning many slots in aluminium bar on my lathe taking many hours of work!
