    Checked elec caps 470uf and test indicate 745uf. Schematic indicates 500uf. One of the 470uf has a 0 esr. Can you shed some light on why the caps are testing so high (that is more than 20% rated). Secondly, is it common practice for a manufacture to install a lower rated elec caps in circuit when the printed schematic indicates a higher value. (I am in the process of checking the power supply module)
