Good day from Sault Ste Marie. I am trying to restore a early 1920, 1930,s Freed Eisemann radio but do not know the model number. It has a tube complement of a 80 (rect) two 45’s in push pull, three 24 RF amps, one 27 det and two one AF amps. My problem is that there are 4 rectangular cans between the IF coils and the Tubes . They appear to be leaking and I would like to replace them. Without a schematic I don’t know what they are. I suspect they are caps. but I’m not sure. The schematic I have is of a 1932 model which shows neutralizing variable caps but there are non in this radio. I think the radio I’m working on must be pre 1930. I could sure use some help.
