FREE – Non-Working Clone of a Tek 545 ‘Scope

The owner of a clone of a Tek 545 ‘scope has given up trying to repair it as it has too many issues, including a shorted solenoid on the power supply relay, a faulty high voltage transformer, and a short across one of the low voltage supplies. All the tubes have been removed, and a few high wattage resistors are missing, otherwise, the chassis is complete and contains some high quality and potentially useful items, eg. the top quality power transformer, the CRT, lots of precision resistors, tube sockets, switches, etc. The ‘scope is FREE to anyone interested in picking it up (James Bay area of Victoria, BC).
