    Seems my Canadian battery radios all call for an Eveready 730 or Burgess 1030 A battery. I’ve been unable to find a photo or any reference showing dimensions of this battery. Can someone share any info? I think it would be fun to build a refillable replica.

    Thanks!

    Joseph;

    The Burgess 1030 is mentioned here. https://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/obj/029006/f2/nlc003966.248.pdf

    From the info , it seems that it is an “A” battery only. That’s all I have so far.

    Good luck with it.

    I’ll take the Viking 3015!

    Mon français est très rouillé. 🙂

    I’m sure even $2.05 was quite expensive back in the day.
