I am trying to get a 1936 Deforest Crosley 6D632 Console running. The original speaker and output transformer are missing. I am trying to sub in a later speaker and output transformer. I need the value of the field coil and output transformer. Of what parts list I can find from PacificTV and the RadioGods web sites the output transformer is T12 and the part number says “On Speaker”, The Speaker field is T13 and it shows part number 5300 for a console and 5256 for Mantel radios. No where on the schematic or parts list are the actual values listed. The closest I can figure for other models that are similar to those years are about 2000 ohms for the field and about 400 ohms for the output transformer, I’d rather not guess as the chassis was a lot of work to restore. Would anyone have any further information ?
