RhondaCVRS MemberHi Everyone:
Just finished the PCB design for a universal ABC power supply. The picture of the PCB design is attached.
Fairly modern design. Just wondering if there was any interest for this on the forum in terms of:
1. Just the PCB
2. PCB with a kit of parts
3. Fully assembled
4. With or without a caseMy intent is to produce an assembled board in the next 30 days or so.
Let me know if you have any comments or questions.
Regards,
Gerry Shand, VE6BLI

Les DicksonCVRS MemberHi Gerry. Do you have an approximation of the prices of the options you listed?

RhondaCVRS MemberAll:
So time got away on me but I am ready to order the first set of printed circuit boards. Thinking of 6 if there is enough interest/demand for them.
The board measures 6.7″ x 6.4″ and will mount in a case on four standoffs sized for 4-40 hardware.
Price for just the raw circuit board is $50. GST and shipping and handling will be extra but can send through regular parcel post.
Please reach out to me if you are interested in one of the first boards.
Note: the circuit does not contain any exotic or hard-to-find parts. I will be providing a write up to the CVRS in about two months.
Regards to all,

RhondaCVRS MemberThis is the completed board. And it tested out fine today. Now it needs a 3″ high enclosure.
There was one glitch on the B supply that required one resistor to be moved, and another one that had be mounted underneath the PCB. On the next batch of boards, this will be corrected.
So now onto mounting it into an enclosure and finish the output wiring to a terminal strip.-
