I recently purchased this radio and would like to swap electronic repair for cabinet restoration. I have 40 years experience as a professional finisher/refinisher.

I should add that any leads on decals and speaker cloth would be appreciated. Also the lens is cracked.

As far as grill cloth is concerned, You probably will have to go to ebay.
you can also try Kenny, at” Richmond designs”.
Search the web for grill cloth.

As far as that nasty black spot from a flower pot leaking water in the past. As an experienced re-finisher, you should know about wood bleach. A few treatments and that spot should be mostly reduced in “blackness”, It might not be totally gone, but at least it won’t be so noticeable.

    Hello,

I am new here and just bought the same radio. How did you make out with yours? Also i was wondering if you by chance had either really good pictures or the dial cord installation instructions.

Hope your project came out great

    Ken
