    Built from the January 2016 Nuts and Volts Magazine article. Good for capacitors > 30 uF. External oscillator input if a different test frequency of 100 kHz is needed. Measures up to 5 Ohms. Uses TL082 JFETs op amps, one LM317T regulator for +5V and a 7660 for -5V. Powered with a 6 W, 12 VDC wall wart.
