    dB Tubes in Quebec has this tube for $17.00 plus tax and postage. NOS I have purchased from them a few times and they have been reliable. This may be a slightly rare tube, that i why the price is a little steep, but still, this not a bad price. I think shipping for two tubes would be $15.00

    I know about dbtubes, just thought I try to find some locally.

    You are correct , It is a somewhat rare tube. No subs.

    Dual triode used as a converter in my Canadian made Philco model 75. (Hippo Radio).

    Actually, It’s sucessor tube is a 12AU7.
    An adaptor socket leaving off pin 9 would not be difficult.

    Just a thought
