    All I know about this radio is it was my grandparents, it was bought Oct 1939 probably out of the T. Eaton and company catalog and it
    Took 1 A battery 1.5 volt
              1 B battery 90 volt (or 2 x 45 volt
                  batteries)
    Does anyone possibly know anything of these radios?

    Model 9B62-B, s/n 202431

    I looked on the radiomuseum.org web site and see model numbers that are very close to the one you posted, but nothing exactly like it. Do you have photos of the radio, especially the interior? That might help.
