Rogers Majestic radio

Hi all
I found this one at an auction a little while ago. It is not in great shape but the fact that is a Rogers Majestic battery operated radio with European tubes intrigued me.

If any one has a bit more info about this radio , I certainly would appreciate any comments.
I have attached a couple of pictures. It is a model R212 according to Beitmans which has the same chassis as a Philips B285.
