Looking for good quality CSA Label sticker image

Hello: I am looking for anybody that has a good quality CSA Label sticker image found on Canadian made radios so I can use it to print a replacement sticker with my colour printer.
I have included an image and the actual labels dimensions. If the image is not of the actual required size I should be able to adjust that with a photo image app. Thank you.
