I just finished recapping this console, and it plays very good.
I had to complexly redo the wire system for the tuning dial, which rotates the lighted dials behind the glass.
I also replaced the wires that go to the three lights.
Just normal things that need to be done.
I do like the dial on this radio.
Originally it had a 6X6 eye tube but someone had put in a 6E5 which works good.
They also took out one 2X3 and now there is a 5y4 rectifier.
I think this one will be a real looker once I get the cabinet done, especially with the ten preset stations on the large rotary knob

I have the radio all done. It was a lot of work and I had to put a new top on the cabinet,
and of course strip and redo the complete cabinet
It turned out as good as I expected. I think this one is a keeper.
