So I had some parts laying around and decided to build an alignment breakout box. The box allows a coaxial BNC cable (the standard I use in my shop) to hook up my signal generators to radios using clip-on leads. The top two red terminals allow series components like coupling capacitors or a padding resistor to be used without any hazardous chicken connections.
See attached photos. Another smart and simple tool for use in my arsenal to calibrate and align older sets per RCC or similar instructions.
