Hello all,
My first post. I have a Stewart Warner model R-467 that I’m restoring and I’m looking to replace the dial that has seen better days. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a replacement?
BTW, this is a great site…I’m looking forward to providing updates to the group on my journey through my first antique radio restoration!
Cheers,
Ron
Hi Ron, Welcome to the group! Very little in the way of those type of parts for our radios above the 49th parallel unfortunatly. It would be a difficult part to find used. You may get lucky at Radio Daze.
Here’s the link: https://www.radiodaze.com
Hi Gary, thanks for the Radiodaze lead. I contacted them and they may be able to reproduce the dial. They have the Stewart Warner decals (Volume, tone etc) that I need to restore the cabinet so that’s a bonus find!
Cheers,
Ron
p.s. I grew up in Montreal (Lasalle actually) and have been in Ottawa for 30+ years now!
