Another try with the radio museum’s tube search yielded the right result!
It’s a positive match for a Philips Canada tuner and record player, either model CM91A or CM92A.

I’d be interested to get a model ID on a bare chassis with no nameplate that I bought recently. I wasn’t able to find a match in the radio museum listings using combinations of the tube models, so I think it could be a longshot but I’ve included a couple photos to help. I’ll add this to my beginner’s collection as an example or a source for parts, but if I had a schematic I may be more inclined to restore it and find a new case one day.

Five tubes: 6v6g 7b6 7a7 7q7 (marked ‘Made for Westinghouse’) 5y3gt (Rectifier)
Manufacturer: Could be either Canadian Westinghouse or another Canadian brand.
Four knobs in line on the front.
