Has anyone had to replace the dual speakers in this 1930’s unit with new non field coil speakers. If so, would you have any idea what the cumulative field coil resistance would have been in order to figure out the power resistor values needed to replace them with new speakers. The old philco service data does not list this value for the field coils. It does specify vc resistance at 3.6 ohm for a series total of approx 8 ohms
Any information would be appreciated
