Philco 38-C325 bias voltages

    Recently acquired a Philco 38-C325 Battery radio, and have the RCC schematic for it but can’t decipher the bias voltages from the schematic, looks like the blue wire is -3 volts but the green wire I’m not sure of may be -3 or -9 , wonder if someone can give me a wild guess as to what it should be.

    Looked at the RCC manual.It shows -9V as being a green wire.
