Are you thinking of centring the chapter in a particular geographical area of ON so that members in that region can get together for meetings, events like swap meets, etc.? If so, what area are you considering?
I should mention that the facility exists to create pages on the website devoted to specific local chapters where members can post news, etc., etc. Also, forums can be set up only for local chapter members. So, if you were thinking of something more like an e-chapter, that is also workable.
