Thanks for posting the pics – I’ve never seen that model before yours – I didn’t look up the circuit for yours – but it looks like it has the tuning indicator bulb in the centre of the dial pointer – and I see a lever behind the left knob – so I’m assuming it has variable IF’s – so it must be a good performer.
The more people post picks of their high end Canadian radios – the better – I don’t think there is enough awareness of how high of a quality the Canadian sets were designed and built with – I’ve seen lots of sets that people make a fuss over because they have pretty cabinets or a certain name brand – but then you look inside and see the cheap components and puny little transformers and to me its disappointing – I’d much rather work on the big Rogers , Deforest Crosley and Northern Electric sets.
