Sorry about the confusion but I had a seniors moment and posted to the wrong thread.
I saw your post earlier and checked my Rogers manuals but could not find your radio. There is a 12-95 or 7R931 but your numbers do not show up. The 12-95 has two 6K7M, 6A7M, 86M, 6X6, 6F6, 6F5 and two 2X3 tubes. What are the tubes used in your radio? Perhaps with that I could search further.
There is something odd as an "8R" chassis number would have been issued a year later then the "12-91" model number. An "8R" chassis would have a 13/** model number.
