The Jacques Cartier has a type 58 chassis and that is the type on your nameplate.
That chassis uses 88M, 75M, 6A7M, 41M and 80 tubes. That is the proper line up for your chassis.
The discrepancies are probably tube substitutions since some of the Rogers “M” tubes are hard to find.
The sub for an 88M is a 6K7 and the sub for the 6A7M is a 6A8.
