I could not find any schematics for the radio. If it was mine I would change the capacitors, clean the volume and tone controls and it should work , although it might need an alignment after the caps have been changed.
The hum you are getting probably is because the electrolytic caps are bad.
It looks like the values of the caps are on the caps. Just make sure the polarity of the electrolytic caps is proper.
