Hi Frank,
I have the schematic for an SO141CA but it has only 9 tubes as follows :
EL84 X 2
ECC83 X 2
EABC80
EF89
ECH81
ECC85
EM84
The tuner section is probably identical but the 141 has single ended output and the 140 has push-pull.
