Hi All:
I did a check and my memory is failing me!!! The largest voltage electrolytic I could find is 630 VDC and we would use two of them in series to filter 850 VDC on industrial variable speed drives running at 600 V, 3 phase input.
But I do know there are other higher voltage capacitors out there but they are more specialized and would probably not require reforming or not as much of it.
