If you are really into capacitor checking, have a really fancy capacitor analyzer. I couldn’t tell you how it works exactly and haven’t really played with it much but I have the manual with it. This is a lot more of a piece of industrial grade test equipment and was surely an expensive piece of test equipment. If I recall it has calibration stickers on it. I think it may have come from BC hydro or BC telephone originally as I got it with some other stuff from an ex employee. If you have interest in it I’ll see if I can find it and take some pictures, and you can offer what you will for it. I have the little heathkit eye tube one and that’s probably sufficient for my needs.
