I went trough the Rogers service manuals books 1, 2 and 3 covering from 1926 to 1940 and no mention of #83 or 1135. 11 is for 1936, so it could be an experimental model.

I have a publicity pamphlet for DeForest 1936 the only models with a slant dial are Wales, Empress and Kent. Wales and Empress have 5 knobs, Kent has only 4.

If someone is interested in having that pamphlet send me an email, it consist of 3 files of about 4.5 meg each.
