You have a Rogers model 10-65 and it uses a round plastic drum dial with three bands.
The Rogers 10-12, 10-120 and the 10-85 use a very similar dial, except they have more bands.
Here are some photos of my rogers 10-12 drum dial.
I suppose someone might have a a junker, but this is the best I can come up with.
