It looks like you have the knobs for the radio,although we can’t see how long the shaft of the knobs are.
Do the knobs fit through the holes in the wood?
There are different sizes of knobs for the various RCA radios of that style. Some have a longer shaft that will fit through the wood and on to the shaft.
If your photo would show the knob from a side view we would have a better idea. You might try ” Renovated Radios”
