All the 10-12 radios have the clock in front. Each cabinet is the same.
The Rogers 10-10 has the same chassis but a different grill and it does not have a clock.
The 10-120 has the same chassis and cabinet ,but a different grill [see photos]
On these radios the clock can be set to turn the radio on and off at the desired setting.

I have a Rogers 4821 with a clock on the side, and it is the same clock. You can see the opening on the side for the clock
