It was just so Flash Gordon looking! The radio doesn’t seem to exist in any form online. No info at all after searching for hours. Never happened before. Sent some info and filled out a myriad of forms
at Radiomuseum and they had never heard of it either and are creating a listing for it once I send better pics. That’s saying something as that place has just about every radio on the planet listed.
Just came back with a nice 1937 Stromberg Carlson Chairside 231-R with the guts missing,(and replaced with a 70’s era POS radio), but the cabinet is in fantastic shape. A tale for another day
