It is the newer FM band. I have a Grundig radio marked with both scales. Channel 200 is 88 Mhz and 300 is 108 Mhz. I also have a Schaub-Lorenz with UKW band marked as Kanal 2 to 43. Not sure what it corresponds with in the FM band.
