Sterling, I have the riders books but not Beitman. Maybe you can tell me where I might find this information.
Thanks for digging around. I did post on ARF and tomorrow I will post a photo of the tag on the radio.
I took off the resistor board and did find one totally broken 14 k 3 watt resistor.
I think I am making some headway , but with the proper schematic ,it would be a lot easier, especially with my limited knowledge.
