Gary , it looks like a Philco model 38C-7 It might be a different model as the veneer is a little different than the one I owned.
As you might know , Philco had different models with different codes

Those Philcos have the capacitor blocks in them, which a lot of guys don’t like.
I also found that the concentric tuning dial in mine was a little finicky, and I had to fiddle with it a while so it would turn smooth.
