Although no formal mechanism is currently in place for email or proxy voting or nominations, the Directors wish to encourage participation of Members. Accordingly, email voting and nominations will be allowed in this election. Emails must be sent to the scrutineer, Gary Albach, at ‘gary.albach at gmail.com ‘ (insert ‘@’ instead of ‘ at ‘ in the address) and be received no later than 11:00am PST on November 17 2019 to be included in the voting process. Email and proxy voting will be placed on the Executive agenda for detailed consideration and development of a formal mechanism for the 2020 and future AGMs.
